We are looking for a bright individual for our Customer Service Representative position! PAID TRAINING PROVIDED
Responsible for providing exceptional service, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to assist customer needs. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of service, reliability and an interest in learning new skills.
Daily Duties
- Assist customers face to face or over the phone
- Help resolve any issues or escalate to someone who can
- Promote products and services to customers
- Process transactions when needed
- Answer questions & customer follow-up
